Trulia: The San Francisco based residential real estate search engine and marketing firm announced in January 2011 that they would be making their first significant expansion within the SEBP region. With 160 new jobs anticipated, the SEBP region was chosen after researching 25 locations. A formal ribbon cutting was hosted by Governor John Hickenlooper in May 2011. 24/7 In Touch: An anticipated 100 new jobs with the potential to grow to 300 new jobs in call center operation, 24/7 In Touch is another exciting addition to the SEBP region. Location: Greenwood Village
Gordon Composites / Polystrand: Expected to bring up to 240 jobs over 2 3 years, Gordon Composites will be moving their corporate headquarters from Montrose, Colorado to Douglas County. The company is building a high tech manufacturing facility for their Polystrand product. An official groundbreaking featuring local elected officials and community leaders was held in June 2011. TIC (The Industrial Company): TIC is consolidating all their metro Denver offices in one location with an anticipated addition of 200 – 225 jobs in the Sebp region. TIC (The Industrial Company) is a division of Kiewit. Location: Meridian, Douglas County
TransCom North America: With 30 new jobs anticipated in 2011 and an additional 100 more jobs anticipated in 2012, this Spanish owned company moved their North American corporate headquarters from Canada to Denver DTC. The ground breaking company provides home agents for communication clients including Comcast and ViaSat / Wildblue. Location: DTC, Denver
MicroData: IT/Software company specializing in maintenance and solutions expected to bring up to 50 new jobs to Greenwood Village.
RingCentral: IT/Software company specializing in custom phone services for businesses. Expected to bring up to 100 new jobs to Greenwood Village
Innovation Pavilion: 9200 E. Mineral purchased for business “Plug & Play” innovation / accelerator. Ribbon-cutting scheduled for early 2012. Location: Centennial
