Ampio Pharmaceuticals: Development state biopharmaceutical company building a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Inverness / Douglas County.  40 jobs anticipated.
January 2014.
TruliaOnline residential real estate site will expand their office in Centennial.  100 jobs anticipated. Company assisted by Denver South EDP in 2011. February 2014.
Ring Central: Cloud computing based phone system company will expand in Centennial.  143 jobs anticipated. Company assisted by Denver South EDP in 2011.
March 2014.
Vantiv: Payment processing & technology solutions provider opening office in Inverness / Douglas County.  120 jobs anticipated.
March 2014.
University of Colorado South Denver: CU leased 11,000 square feet at The Wildlife Experience in Douglas County. Classes will begin fall 2014. 1 job at this time.

CoBank: New corporate headquarters building and expansion in Greenwood Village. 200 new jobs anticipated.

Surrey Satellite Technologies: Small satellite manufacturer will expand their operations in Inverness Business Park, Douglas County. No formal announcement made as of this date. 116 jobs anticipated.

Colorado State University: CSU will develop a Denver South campus. September 2013
Charter Communications: Technology company building 80,000 square foot R & D building in Compark/Douglas County. Investment of $25.5 million, and 55 jobs anticipated. October 2013
Digital Risk: Financial Services Company expanded Colorado operations with office in DTC/Denver. 76 jobs anticipated November 2013
AMG Bank: Bank will build 45,000 square foot facility in Greenwood Village. November 2013.
Kinross Gold: Regional headquarters for mining company located in DTC/Denver. 105 jobs anticipated. December 2013.
Hamon Deltak, Inc.: Corporate headquarters for energy manufacturing company. 120 jobs anticipated. December 2013. *Location has not been determined.

Comcast: Communications company in Arapahoe County. Special note: Comcast has added 960 new jobs in DSEDP region in past two years. 126 jobs anticipated.

TriZetto: Health Care IT company, building new world headquarters in Douglas County. 750 jobs anticipated.

Blockbuster / DISH: Communications company in Douglas County. 150 jobs anticipated.

National Bank Holding (NBH): Financial services company in Greenwood Village is relocating executive offices to Colorado.  50 jobs anticipated.

Connextions: Customer Contact Center for insurance health care company in Centennial. Expected to creat 550 jobs.

Star Tek – Financial Services: Moved headquarters to Greenwood Village. Is expected 95 (65 relocated positions and 30 new hires) jobs anticipated.


Denver South EDP assisted the following companies in 2011:

Arrow Electronics: With 1250 jobs anticipated, Arrow Electronics is the largest corporate headquarters in Colorado. Arrow Electronics announced in October 2011 that they are relocating their corporate headquarters from Melville, New York to Arapahoe County, the SEBP region. Arrow Electronics is number 140 on the Fortune 500 list. Location: Inverness (Arapahoe County)

Trulia: The San Francisco based residential real estate search engine and marketing firm announced in January 2011 that they would be making their first significant expansion within the SEBP region. With 160 new jobs anticipated, the SEBP region was chosen after researching 25 locations. A formal ribbon cutting was hosted by Governor John Hickenlooper in May 2011. Location: Centennial, Arapahoe County

24/7 In Touch: An anticipated 100 new jobs with the potential to grow to 300 new jobs in call center operation, 24/7 In Touch is another exciting addition to the SEBP region. Location: Greenwood Village

Gordon Composites / Polystrand: Expected to bring up to 240 jobs over 2  3 years, Gordon Composites will be moving their corporate headquarters from Montrose, Colorado to Douglas County. The company is building a high tech manufacturing facility for their Polystrand product. An official groundbreaking featuring local elected officials and community leaders was held in June 2011. Location: HighField Business Park, Douglas County

TIC (The Industrial Company): TIC is consolidating all their metro Denver offices in one location with an anticipated addition of 200 – 225 jobs in the Sebp region.  TIC (The Industrial Company) is a division of Kiewit. Location: Meridian, Douglas County

TransCom North America: With 30 new jobs anticipated in 2011 and an additional  100 more jobs anticipated in 2012, this  Spanish owned company moved their North American corporate headquarters from Canada to Denver DTC. The ground breaking company provides home agents for communication clients including Comcast and ViaSat / Wildblue. Location: DTC, Denver

MicroData: IT/Software company specializing in maintenance and solutions expected to bring up to 50 new jobs to Greenwood Village.

RingCentral: IT/Software company specializing in custom phone services for businesses. Expected to bring up to 100 new jobs to Greenwood Village

Innovation Pavilion: 9200 E. Mineral purchased for business “Plug & Play” innovation / accelerator. Ribbon-cutting scheduled for early 2012. Location: Centennial
